I found Steven originally from a google search of the lowest interest rate. I called the number and he was very nice from the start. I could tell that he was very smart because he told me has an accounting background so he is good with numbers. He approved me with ease but my offer was not accepted. Fast forward a year later, I remembered Steven and called him to let him know my terrible experience that I was having with another broker. I only had a few weeks to do a cash-out refinance before my appraisal expired. Steven told me he could get it done and I put all my trust in him. He walked me through everything and we closed in a matter of 2 weeks. I didn't think it could be done, but Steven held up his promise to me. A few weeks later, I put in an offer on a new house and I called Steve for a preapproval letter. He sent it to me right away and I actually closed on a new house a month after Steven helped me close my refinance. I cannot express enough how great Steven is. In a time of stress and extreme need of help with my refinance, Steven got the job done. For the purchase, the escrow process with Steven's lender was the easiest I have ever experienced (I have made about 5 purchases so far).
